You have read the books. You still feel like this.

What is broken

No way to measure inner progress

You meditate, you journal, you do the practices, and still cannot tell if the work is landing. Streak counts and minutes logged are not the thing you came for.

No bridge between practice and life

Apps train sitting. They do not train the moment the inbox lands at 3 PM and your body is already gripping. The gap between the cushion and Tuesday afternoon is where almost all of the value lives.

No honest pushback

When the work does not work, the script blames you. Vibe higher. Manifest harder. Shame on top of pain. The cruelest pattern in the field, and the most common.

You tend to think you are crazy, or that you're the only one going through this. Then you read one of his pieces, like the one about the voices in your head, and you realize it's simpler than you thought. Not easy, but simple.

Work with me one-on-one

For weeks when the practices you know are not quite touching what is underneath, coaching is the container. One session at a time. Alignment and nervous-system regulation, worked live with me.
