Pricing Terms

Billing and Renewal

• • Annual plans are billed once per year at the annual price shown.
• • Monthly plans are billed month-to-month at the monthly price shown.
• • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal.

Refunds and Cancellation

• • If at any time you are not satisfied, you may request a refund for unused months of your annual plan (excluding usage overages).
• • For monthly plans, if you cancel, you will maintain access through the end of the current monthly billing period, and you will not be charged for the next month.

Cancellation Month Usage and Balances Due

• • Included usage resets monthly.
• • If, in the month you cancel, you have already used all included usage (or exceeded it), you are still responsible for paying any usage balance due for that month.

Included Usage and Resets

• • Each plan includes a monthly allowance of private-model AI resources.
• • Included usage resets each billing month. Unused amounts do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

Overage Rates

• • Overages are billed only for usage beyond your plan's included amounts, at the rates shown on the pricing page at the time the usage is incurred.
• • If overage rates change, we will notify you before changes apply.

Taxes

Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
