I spent 15 years building software. I went from junior developer to CTO, managing engineering teams and shipping products for companies across the US and Latin America.
Then I started my own company and realized that building things wasn't the hard part. Selling them was. Getting people to care was. Turning a good product into a growing business required a completely different set of skills, and I had to learn them from scratch.
Genuai came out of that transition. I learned marketing the way I learned engineering: by doing it, measuring it, and iterating until it worked. Now I help other business owners skip the years of trial and error I went through.
I work with business owners in healthcare, wellness, and skilled trades because those are industries where the work is real, the customers are local, and the owners care about what they do. They don't need a Silicon Valley growth hack. They need someone who understands both the technology and the business, and can build systems that actually produce results.
I run lean. I use AI heavily in my own operations, which means I can deliver the output of a small agency at a fraction of the cost. My clients get my direct attention, not a junior account manager reading from a playbook.
I'm based in Austin, Texas. I spend a lot of time outdoors. I believe that clear thinking comes from a regulated nervous system, not a packed calendar.
How I Work
I don't take on more than five clients at a time. Every client gets weekly attention and direct access to me. I review data, make recommendations, and execute. I don't delegate your account to someone you've never met.
I'm technical enough to build your AI systems myself. Strategic enough to know which ones are worth building. And honest enough to tell you when something isn't working.
If any of this resonates, I'd like to hear about your business.
